Dr. Monica Cordova didn't just choose to practice in the Rio Grande Valley — she grew up here. Raised in a community that taught her the value of hard work, humility, and showing up for the people around you, she always knew she'd come back home.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of North Texas, then went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Texas A&M College of Dentistry. Throughout her training, one belief stayed constant: oral health isn't separate from whole-body health. A healthy smile is a reflection of a healthy life.
Today, Dr. Cordova serves patients of all ages and backgrounds — from tiny first visits to complex restorative care. She believes every patient deserves to feel seen, heard, and cared for by someone who truly understands where they come from.
